As is the case with most of the web apps that we build, the idea for rightclicksave came out of a sense of frustration at something that could be made easier. This time, it was due to not being able to download files that didn’t have links readily available, such as when you click on a link to a video or an audio file on the web and your browser helpfully starts playing it, but won’t let you download it.

rightclicksave solves that. You paste in a link to a file, and it gives you a gift back: a link that you can right click on to download your file.  Pretty simple, and very useful!
